this is a girls-only experience for women in their twenties looking to move, mingle, and make new friends.
what should i wear?
wear comfortable activewear in neutrals, black, or olive green so you’re ready for class.
what happens after pilates?
stay for matcha, gifting, and time to get to know the girls. the social is part of the experience!

what if i’m nervous?
nervous is normal. so many girls arrive feeling the same way. you don’t need to know anyone or have the perfect thing to say. just come as you are.
what is the cancellation policy?
all sales are final. if you can no longer attend, contact us at least 72 hours before the event to receive a credit toward another newps event, valid for three months.
